Why Study at EEHS?

Welcome to Epsom and Ewell High School Sixth Form. Here you will find our prospectus and unique offerings:

Why study at EEHS?

  • Outstanding teaching from subject experts.
  • Dedicated spaces for Sixth Form students including a common room and study room.
  • Regular social occasions and trips
  • Nurturing tutors who support, guide and challenge you.
  • Opportunities to contribute to our wider school and local community through our prefect and school leader programme.
  • Exceptional subject offer including academic and vocational subjects.
  • Access to excellent sports facilities including reduced gym memberships.
  • Up to date bi-weekly bulletins with key dates, helpful links and advice on supporting students throught their Sixth Form journey.

Epsom and Ewell High School Sixth Form is unique in it's offer of study pathways available. Students can opt to study an A level only pathway, made up of 3 A level subjects, or a hybrid pathway containing both A level and vocational subjects.

For an A level only pathway students must have achieved at least level 4 in English and Maths plus 3 other subjects including a level 5 in the A level subject they wish to study. There is more flexibility in the admissions criteria for those wishing to pursue a vocational or hybrid pathway as we will enter students without level 4 in English or Maths into a re-sit class for those subjects.

If you are in any doubt about the pathway you wish to take or whether your grades are likely to be suitable for your chosen pathway, please email sixthforminfo@eehs.surrey.sch.uk.
